The San Diego creative firm was recognized across six major competitions for print, digital, data visualization, and cover design.

Freaner Creative versatility and wide-ranging expertise are evident in top industry honors for annual report design, data visualization, infographics, digital microsites, art direction, and cover design.

Ariel Freaner, principal and founder, accepted all eight awards across six competitions, highlighting the studio’s versatile achievements.

Central to this recognition, the AWM 2024 Crop Report documents San Diego County’s agricultural output, totaling $1.67 billion in value for the year. Each year, the County’s Department of Agriculture, Weights and Measures publishes this report as a key resource for growers, policymakers, and the public. Not only did Freaner Creative design the print edition, but they also produced a companion infographics microsite. This interactive digital extension earned its own GDUSA Digital Design Award, underscoring the firm’s command of both print and digital storytelling.
